Timber & Leaf Co. was founded from a need of wanting an iced tea without all of the extra stuff.
In 2012, I was diagnosed with pancreatitis and began curating herbal tea blends using flowers, fruits, and spices. After working with "medicinal recipes", I wanted to use the same potent flavors for creating some tasty goodness that could be incorporated into everyday beverage culture.
With so many beverages having additives and acids, I wanted to create a product that was transparent. "What you see is What you taste." Following years of consigning with boutiques and participating in "Pop-Ups" Timber & Leaf Co. now has a bottled product.
